The CrossPurpose Leader program is completely in-person, either at the CrossPurpose campus or another training partner.

We have an employer network that offers full-time job openings in our skill tracks, but you will need to apply for these jobs. It is up to you to look, apply and land the job. You need to get a job before the class graduation date.

For the first 6 weeks, classes meet Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and Wednesday nights from 6:00 – 8:00 pm for family gatherings.

For the remainder of the program, your career track training will either occur at CrossPurpose or offsite at a training partner between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please keep in mind attendance is required Wednesday nights from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and you will need to be available for a one-time retreat on Friday night and Saturday during your time in the Leader program.
