Let’s Love Our Neighbor, Together

Experience mutual transformation when you walk alongside CrossPurpose participants on their journey to build a better life.

Many Ways to Volunteer

Whether you have a free afternoon or are looking to build lasting relationships over a long period, CrossPurpose relies on volunteers to provide additional support for our participants as they go on the journey from poverty to prosperity.

Walk Alongside a Participant

Ally

Our most popular volunteer assignment is a six-month mutually transformative experience where you spend 2 hours each week with someone as they move through our Leader program. Your role is to simply encourage them along the way.

We come together on Wednesday nights for “Family Gathering” from 6:00-8:00 p.m. to share a meal, celebrate recent wins, and see how our Leaders are progressing through the program.

Champion

Support participants in Legacy as they learn the basics of wealth building, career growth, goal-setting, and more. You’ll meet weekly on Monday nights from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for a group meal, lesson, and time to meet with a Legacy Fellow one on one to encourage them in their journey.

Business Coach

Volunteer business coaches walk with CrossPurpose graduates (known as “Change Agents”) through a 9-month entrepreneurship course. We provide tools, training, access to experts, while you help participants refine ideas, develop viable business plans, and then execute the business. You’ll meet on Monday nights for nine months from August-May.
