We have designed three unique partnership pathways:
Referral Partners
Organizations that walk hand-in-hand with community members through their own programs in sectors like housing, anti-sex trafficking, food pantries, foster care, or sober living, for example. They can refer their clients to CrossPurpose when they’re ready to take the next step toward a meaningful career.
Resource Partners
Organizations that provide networking opportunities, specialized community resources, or industry connections that help CrossPurpose clear obstacles for families climbing out of poverty. Common examples include chambers of commerce, resource collaboration groups, and community organizations.
Youth Engagement Partners
Organizations like the Denver Metro Area school systems and alternative high schools help provide direct pathways to career training and financial stability. We are passionate about reaching the next generation before the cycle of generational poverty takes root, so our Youth Engagement team designs specific offerings like:
Counselor’s Breakfasts
We host school counselors, social workers, and youth advocates to share resources, unpack program requirements, and coordinate streamlined enrollment pathways for young adults.
Career Exploration Days
Interactive on-site events where youth can connect directly with the training partners for our skill tracks to learn more about what the training process is like.
Tailored presentations and workshops directly inside high school classrooms to meet students where they are, showing them what is possible after graduation.
