The Medical Administrative Assistant training program prepares you for a career at the front desk of a healthcare office, where you’ll help patients, providers, and care teams stay organized and connected.

Throughout the program, you’ll build skills in medical terminology, electronic health records, scheduling, medical billing and health insurance, healthcare laws and ethics, and professional communication.

Where You’ll Train

This program will be hosted by an online training company, Penn Foster. You will be expected to complete a minimum amount of work weekly, but you can choose to move faster if you prefer! You will be expected to be at CrossPurpose for 10 weeks from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, Monday – Thursday.
