Launch: Career Planning Starts Here

By CrossPurpose

By Whitney Holman

Launch, one of CrossPurpose’s programs, is a 6–8 week, asynchronous, self-paced, online workforce readiness program where participants — called Explorers — work to identify barriers, create career plans, receive coaching, strengthen their soft skills, and move toward employment with greater confidence, readiness, and direction.

While our Leader program provides specialized, career-level training, Launch expands accessibility, flexibility, and scale in four key ways:

  • Statewide Reach: Candidates located wherever your organization operates
  • Greater Volume: Approximately 500 active participants statewide
  • Fewer Limitations: Explorers are not confined to Leader’s 10 career tracks
  • All Types of Employment: Candidates seeking full-time, part-time, seasonal, temporary, and apprenticeship opportunities

Launch is made unique by its flexibility while preserving the relational connection that is integral to CrossPurpose programs. Explorers are paired with a CrossPurpose Launch coach who meets with them regularly and helps them create a roadmap to success based on their individual goals. After completing the online program, Explorers local to the Denver area are invited to celebrate with the CrossPurpose team at an in-person Block Party event!
