Tony Martinez

Tony Martinez joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2023 after 15 years as a pastor in youth and outreach. As the Community Engagement Coordinator, he oversees the relationships between CrossPurpose and various businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, community organizations to develop community partnerships.

Tony loves using his gifts in connecting with people and their story, and deeply believes that nobody’s story is fully written yet. He was drawn to CrossPurpose because of the deep and deliberate value it places on everyone that interacts with them. He was also born and raised in the Denver metro area and considers it an amazing privilege to be a part of a team that wants to change the fabric of this community.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys time with his wife and four kids, serving in his church, and cheering for the local sports teams…especially the Broncos!
