Cara Runyan

Cara joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2020, following various roles in other community nonprofits. Her passion for encouraging others’ growth and for keeping details accounted for is why she loves being an Executive Assistant; her role provides the gift of getting to know leaders as well as helping create environments where they can set, accomplish, and celebrate their goals. When she’s not working, Cara enjoys reading, drinking too much coffee, and going on adventures with her husband, Nicholas. She’d also love to make you some buttery baked goods because she briefly studied baking in culinary school.
