Sierra Warren

Community Program Director

Sierra joined the CrossPurpose team in 2022, bringing over 13 years of higher educational and community engagement experience, along with a Master of Arts in Educational Administration with an emphasis in Higher Education. She is a fervent teacher and advocate for first generational minority students. Having been raised by a vibrant, Godly loving single mother, who often worked multiple jobs to provide for her children, in the heart of the urban core of Kansas City, Sierra is no stranger to breaking barriers, stereotypes and glass ceilings. Sierra’s priorities at CrossPurpose will be to serve the leaders by equipping them with personal & professional development classes, ensuring affective cross departmental programmatic coordination and leading her dynamic coaches.

In 2019, God called Sierra and her family to Denver, Colorado to serve in ministry. Now her husband serves as congregational pastor at Lighthouse Church-Lakewood. They have three amazing children. Sierra’s greatest privilege and joy in life are serving God with the gifts and talents that He has bestowed upon her, loving, and honoring her husband, and discipling her children. Her hobbies are traveling and cooking with her family, singing, and dancing to the best of 90’s & 2000’s R&B and Hip Hop, turning up to Christian rap and cheering on her beloved Kansas City Chiefs.
