Rynn Sango

Rynn Sango joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2025 after working in the nonprofit sector for over ten years. Rynn has worked with many different populations throughout her career and community engagement volunteer opportunities. Her education is a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Metropolitan State University, and she is currently pursuing her Certified Addiction Specialist certification. Rynn has a passion for helping others find their gifts and encouraging them to lean into them.

Rynn’s passion is satisfied through her role as Leader Program Site Director, where she manages the daily operations of the Leader Program, helping participants achieve employment, self-sufficiency, and financial stability.

When she’s not working, Rynn loves painting, crafting, and exploring self-development. She enjoys listening to music, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. Hiking and immersing herself in nature are among her favorite pastimes. For Rynn, there’s nothing better than a good book, beautiful scenery, and a cup of coffee—the perfect way to reset.
