Regina Edmondson

Regina Edmondson joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2023 after spending over 20 years in the non-profit arena including higher education, criminal justice reform and community engagement. Regina is excited about the opportunity to bring community together to share opportunities and resources through career and community development.

In the role of Director of Community Partnerships & Engagement, she creates the framework and strategies to develop and maintain working relationships with businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, educational institutions, community organizations to generate referrals for the Launch and Leader programs.

When she is not working, Regina loves to travel. She has lived in 13 different countries and believes this experience has shaped her global view. Regina is an active member in her church and community, she enjoys family gatherings and honing her skills as a trained chef. As a Colorado native she loves to explore the beauty of the mountains and the many national parks Colorado has to offer.
