Lisa Baca joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2025 after serving her hometown of Amarillo, TX as a Trauma-Informed Victim Advocate and Community Response Team Coordinator, where she focused on both crisis response and prevention practices. She brings an impactful background in advocacy and holistic care. Lisa thrives in her role as a Leader Program Coach, supporting Leaders as they pursue growth, embrace who they are, and build sustainable futures beyond their time at CrossPurpose. Outside of work, you can find her on the softball field, deep in a jigsaw puzzle, immersed in the arts, or exploring new spots to eat.
