Holly Hooper

Holly joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2026 after more than 20 years in nonprofit leadership, most recently serving as Director of an early childhood center in Brooklyn, NY. She brings extensive experience in operations, team leadership, and building systems that support mission-driven organizations. Holly’s passion for serving communities impacted by urban poverty and creating strong, healthy organizations comes to life through her role as Executive Office Director, where she supports the Executive Director, Executive Team, and Board of Directors.

When she’s not working, Holly enjoys spending time with friends and family, long walks with Rosie the Doodle, and travels to the ocean whenever possible.
