Griselda Hernandez Arellano

Griselda joined the CrossPurpose team in September 2025 and brings nearly ten years of experience walking alongside students and families. She’s worked as an ESL tutor, supported students with special needs, and advocated for families navigating housing and attendance challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, has worked as a certified occupational therapy assistant with older adults, and is a certified Spanish medical interpreter. Her passion for serving underserved communities is what led her to CrossPurpose, where she’s excited to support Leaders on their journey toward self-sufficiency.

Outside of work, Griselda loves staying active through zumba, paddleboarding, and hiking.As a single mom, she enjoys spending quality time with her three teenagers and her nephew. When she’s unwinding, you can usually find her reading, writing, or listening to music.
