Ariel Smolik-Valles

Ariel joined CrossPurpose in 2025 after working in charter schools as an elementary teacher and post-secondary counselor in both Boston and Denver. Her educational background has taught her the power of sharing stories and building meaningful relationships with students and families, and she is excited to continue building relationships at CrossPurpose. As a first-generation college student, she brings a passion for both economic and social mobility into her role as a coach on the Legacy team.

When she is not at work, Ariel enjoys reading, hiking, and paying too much attention to her dog Marble.
