Andrea Vega

Andrea joined CrossPurpose in 2026 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Development Officer, supporting strategic initiatives that advance economic mobility and holistic transformation for individuals and families. An entrepreneur and nonprofit founder, she brings a strong background in leadership, operations, and mission-driven work. With a Master of Science in Psychology, Andrea applies evidence-based insight into human behavior, motivation, and change, along with relational intelligence and strategic support, to help build pathways toward lasting transformation and wholeness.

Outside of CrossPurpose, she works as a life coach, empowering women to design lives rooted in purpose, clarity, and courage. Andrea also enjoys dancing and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their labradoodle, along with traveling, gathering with family and friends, and exploring great food.
