Aaron Minyard

A Colorado native and graduate of Northern Arizona University, Aaron Minyard joined CrossPurpose in 2026 as the Senior Director of Technology and Analytics. He brings over 25 years of diverse information technology experience to the team, with deep expertise in business intelligence, system architecture, cloud computing, security, consulting, and technical support.

In his role at CrossPurpose Aaron serves as a strategic bridge between technical infrastructure and mission-driven impact, ensuring that CrossPurpose’s technology and data directly amplify its ability to serve the cause. Aaron orchestrates the modernization and security of the organization’s IT ecosystem—managing cloud platforms, cybersecurity protocols, and cost-effective software solutions—while simultaneously harnessing the power of data to drive decision-making. He will also collaborate to transform raw information into actionable intelligence, analyzing program metrics to prove impact to grantors and leveraging donor data to optimize fundraising strategies. He translates complex technical concepts for all audiences, fostering a culture where technology and analytics are not just support functions, but vital engines for sustainability and growth.

Beyond his technology focus at CrossPurpose, Aaron is an avid cook who also enjoys hiking and woodworking. He is active in his church community and cherishes time spent with his wife, two sons, and the family dog.
