Medical Billing and Coding
In this course, you will learn new skills through online simulations, virtual labs, videos, 3D representations, and more.
This online, self-paced program will help you earn a career diploma. Upon completiong of this track, you will be prepared for the Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) exam, the Certified Professional Coder (CPC) exam, and the Certified Coding Associate (CCA) exam, covering topics like Medical Billing and Health Insurance, Pathology and Pharmacology, and Medical Coding.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a great way to start your career in healthcare! CNAs can work in a wide variety of health care environments, including hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, mental health facilities, and schools.
Upon graduation and successfully passing the State Board exam, you will be Certified.
Medical Assistants are the core of any healthcare business, including hospitals and doctors’ offices. As a graduate from this online, self-paced Medical Assistant school, you will take vital signs, assist doctors and nurses, and work with patient records.
Along with earning a Medical Assistant Certificate, you will complete 160 hours of clinical experience at a local Denver clinic. Finally, through the U.S. Career Institute, you will be preared to become a Certified Medical Assistant!
At completion, you will be eligible to take the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam and the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) both offered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
