About Our Free Construction Training Program
The CrossPurpose construction training program begins with three weeks of personal and professional development training. This training will equip you with the skills you need to navigate the job site and work well with your new co-workers.

Professional Development + Pre-apprenticeship
Once your personal development is complete, you will begin your 6-week pre-apprenticeship construction training in Denver. This online pre-apprenticeship program will assist you in earning your OSHA 10, Safety Card. You will also learn basic building techniques and measurement skills to help you complete various construction projects. Last, you will explore the numerous career paths available to you in the construction industry.
At the end of your free construction training program, you will be ready to:

Course Details
Class Schedule: First 3 Weeks
- Monday-Thursday, 9am – 1pm
- Wednesday evenings from 6pm – 8pm for class participation with other students.
Upon starting your CDL Skill Track:
- 2-3 weeks of free construction training in Denver.
After completing your training, you will be on your way starting a career in construction.
Course Requirements
- 6th grade reading and math levels
- 8th grade math levels for electricians
- Some recent felonies may limit job options
