Grad2Grad is for all Leader Alumni! It offers a mix of social events, peer mentorship, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities to help you stay connected with CrossPurpose and reach new goals.
PEER MENTORSHIP
Get matched with a mentor and work together to establish your personal and professional goals. You’ll regularly review content from workshops and seminars, and your mentor will serve as a guide—someone to walk alongside you, offer perspective, and help you navigate your journey.

BECOME AN AMBASSADOR
We’re looking for Leader graduates who are passionate about shaping the future for themselves and their fellow alumni. These Alumni Ambassadors will take on an active leadership role in our Grad2Grad program, helping ensure the program makes a positive impact and responds to alumni needs. In addition, they receive:
- exclusive coaching sessions with industry experts each month to develop their skills at an advanced level
- access to certificate programs that enable them to advance in their personal or professional career

JOIN THE LEGACY FELLOWSHIP
For Alumni established in their careers, the Legacy Fellowship offers intensive training and guidance in financial wellness, home ownership, career advancement, and entrepreneurship. Alumni must meet the following requirements before applying:
- Have been at current job for at least 6 months
- Make at least $23/hr
- Have participated in other Alumni Engagement opportunities

How Do I Update My Contact Information?
You can update your information by emailing the Alumni Association at alumni@crosspurpose.org. This ensures you receive newsletters, event invitations, and resources.
Do I still have access to career coaching?
Yes! Alumni can access limited career coaching sessions for guidance with resumes, interviews, and career transitions.
Can I attend workshops or training events?
Absolutely. Many events are open to alumni, with some tailored specifically for you. Check our monthly newsletter or website for upcoming opportunities.
What financial support is available?
Alumni may be eligible for limited assistance such as rent, utilities, transportation, or professional development costs. Each request is reviewed individually and subject to funding.
How do I request support with rent, utilities, or other needs?
Please complete a supportive services request and provide documentation (e.g., current lease or utility bill). Requests are processed within 7–10 business days, and payments are typically sent directly to the vendor. That is subject to change.
How can I get involved as an Alumni Ambassador?
Alumni Ambassadors mentor, support events, and connect with the community. Contact our director, lmalika@crosspurpose.org, to learn more about joining the program.
How often will I hear from the alumni office?
You’ll receive a monthly newsletter with updates, resources, and opportunities.
Can you help me connect to a local church or community group?
Yes! We partner with local churches and organizations. Let us know your location, and we’ll provide a list of nearby connections.
