Spiritual development at CrossPurpose brings together the mind, body, and emotions to help Leaders become the best versions of themselves.

Services for Leaders

We offer a range of engagement opportunities for Leaders who want to dive into spiritual growth.

EXPLORING FAITH CLASSES

Exploring Faith classes are optional and occur in six sessions, twice a week during lunchtime. They provide a space to answer questions about God and life. Topics include validity of the Bible, purpose and meaning of life, reason for suffering, and the life of Jesus.

Mental Health Counseling

Each CrossPurpose Leader has access to free counseling sessions provided by our team of fully licensed mental health counselors. Counselors are committed to providing support with a compassionate, caring, and trauma-informed approach.

IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS

Identity Development is an exciting and eye-opening journey of self-discovery. This optional offering guides Leaders to the idea through an identity self-examination.

Leaders can sign up for a five-session identity development journey with coach Pattie Brim.

VOLUNTEER

Community volunteers provide friendship and support that makes spiritual development possible!

Recovery Volunteer

Walk alongside participants in LiveDifferent Recovery program and support their journey of sobriety.

Ally

In simple terms, a volunteer Ally walks alongside our community and career development program participants (Leaders) to encourage and build friendships with them. We come together on Wednesday nights for “Family Gathering” from 6:00-8:00 pm to share a meal with 2-3 other Allies and 10-15 Leaders, play a game or two, and check in on how things are progressing in the life and career path of our Leaders.
