All of the positions below are located in the Denver metro area. Limited relocation assistance may be available for some positions. All positions are full time unless stated otherwise.
ACCOUNTANT
The Accountant serves as a key member of the CrossPurpose Finance Team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end closes, handling day-to-day transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
CAREER COACH
The Career Coach is responsible for supporting the program participants for our Leader program and assisting them throughout the entirety of our six-month program through personal development, skill building, and professional growth.
CHILDCARE PROVIDER - ALL LOCATIONS
The Childcare Provider will be responsible for providing a safe and fun environment for the children of our Leaders during Wednesday evening Family Gatherings.
Executive Office Director
The Executive Office Director maximizes CEO effectiveness, ensures strong Board communication, and keeps executive priorities moving forward with clarity and follow-through.
GRANT COORDINATOR
The Grant Coordinator supports CrossPurpose’s government and institutional funding efforts by managing key elements of the grant lifecycle—from opportunity tracking and proposal development through post-award reporting and closeout.
LAUNCH PROGRAM COACH
The Launch Program Coach plays a vital role in the successful execution of the Launch Program by providing direct instruction, career coaching, and operational support to ensure participant engagement and career success.
LEGACY FELLOWSHIP DIRECTOR
The Legacy Fellowship Director provides strategic and operational leadership for the Legacy Fellowship program while assuming expanded oversight of alumni engagement during a season of transition.
LiveDifferent Recovery PEER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The LiveDifferent Recovery Peer Support Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals in recovery.
YOUTH ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The Youth Engagement Specialist is responsible for recruiting youth and high school students to participate in the CrossPurpose Leader Program as an alternative to traditional post-secondary pathways.
