Alumni Administrative Assistant

The Alumni Administrative Assistant will help the Director of Alumni Services with operations & administrative duties. This position will manage all aspects of the retention survey, plan and coordinate alumni events, and perform various other administrative tasks.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience or ability to learn Salesforce, Google Suite, Mailchimp
  • Deep passion for the CrossPurpose mission and values


  • Starting salary range $41,600 – $45,600
  • Up to 5% performance bonus
  • Vacation, sick, and personal days off, limited duty from Christmas through New Years Day
  • Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance
