Am I Eligible for the Program?

 If you…

  • Are between ages of 18-55
  • Have a stable housing situation
  • Have a GED or High School Diploma
  • Are able/willing to work full-time
  • Have been clean from hard drugs for 6+ months

You are eligible for acceptance to our program!


If you cannot meet at least one of these requirements, please call us at (720) 724-9544 to discuss your situation. In most cases, we will refer you to partner organizations who can provide you with the resources and support that you need.

What is the Application Process?

Step 1

Click one of the “Click Here to Apply” buttons on this page to complete the Online Application. Completing the application should take about 25-45 minutes

Step 2

If your application is eligible for the next round of our admissions process, you will receive an invitation to a CrossPurpose Campus Visit and Assessment Day! You will learn more about our program and take multiple career readiness and skill assessments!

Step 3

After completing your campus visit, our team will review your application and assessments to decide if our program will be the best fit for you. If your application move through to the next phase, you will receive a call and email to schedule a coaching meeting to discuss your career goals with one of our career coaches.

Step 4

Following your career coaching meeting, you will receive a final acceptance decision!

Step 5

The final step in the admisssions process is to show up for the first day of class! More information will come your way once you are officially accepted into our program.


Can I work during the program?

Yes, many people work part-time, or even full time while in our program. You just need to be at all classes during weekdays.

Do you provide childcare?

We offer childcare on Wednesday nights during Family Gatherings, but you’ll need childcare during weekday classes.

What is your Drug Policy?

We are a drug free program. You will be disqualified if you test positive for any hard drugs. If you test positive for THC (weed) that will NOT disqualify you, but to become employable as possible you will need to agree to stop using Marijuana in our program.

Is it really Free?

Yes! Our scholarships and monthly stipends to you are our gift to you and you don’t need to pay it back. We do this so you can win. No loans, no fees, no kidding.

What if I have a felony?

We are a felon friendly program. Your background will not disqualify you from this program with the exception of:

  • Sexual offenses, as we have kids on campus
  • Having an open case

What is the Attendance Policy?

  • All weekday classes AND Wednesday Night Family Gathering (from 6pm – 8pm) are mandatory for for attendance
    • Your $350 monthly stipend is performance-based will be deducted if you are late to class or miss class without proper notice

  • Monday:
    • 8:30am – 3:00pm for Class
  • Tuesday:
    • 8:30am – 3:00pm for Class
  • Wednesday:
    • 8:30am – 3:00pm for Class
    • 6:00pm – 8:00pm for Family Gathering
  • Thursday:
    • First 6 Weeks: 8:30am – 1:30pm for Class
    • Rest of Program: 8:30am – 1:30pm for Class
  • Friday:
    • First 6 Weeks: OFF
    • Rest of Program: 8:30am – 1:30pm for Class
