Niko Rolon

Niko joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2026 after having spent a decade working across the food service, residential real estate, church leadership, and the nonprofit sector—serving as a catering coordinator, real estate agent, children’s pastor and pastoral intern, nonprofit housing inspector, and as a board member for a nonprofit focused on calling, vocation, and leadership development. Niko graduated from Colorado Christian University with a B.A. in Theology, and has a M.A. in Leadership from Denver Seminary.

All of these experiences have created a deep desire to build deep, intentional relationships in which he is able to serve and makes an impact in the lives of his neighbors through creating value, solving problems, and developing relationships where others are empowered and deeply cared for. Niko’s passion for building relationships that create value and make an impact is amplified through his role as Launch Career Advancement Specialist, where he seeks to build deep relationships as he partners with both entry-level employers and vocational training partners to serve our Launch Explorers.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, connecting with friends, checking out local coffee shops, and getting outdoors whenever he can.
