Megan Head

Megan joined the CrossPurpose team as a Career Coach in 2022. Before coming to CrossPurpose, Megan spent some time overseas with various missions organizations and then landed back in the U.S. where she worked with youth and families in community development programs. Desiring to go deeper with communities through holistic development work, Megan obtained a Masters degree in Global Development and Justice from Multnomah University.

Megan is deeply convicted that Jesus really likes to hang out with people whom society deems as less than. In an effort to get closer to Him, that’s where she seeks to hang out too (and loves it)! In doing so, Megan has gotten to walk alongside some of the coolest people and have these relationships transform her life for the better. Megan knows the only reason she gets to love on others is because she has received such a deep love (1 John 4:19).

When she’s not at CrossPurpose, you can find Megan discovering a new hike, thrifting, making music, painting, journaling, and trying to stay in touch with her siblings spread across the U.S.
