Matthew Wedell

Matthew graduated from Colorado State University in 2007 and has lived in Colorado for over 18 years after growing up in the Chicagoland area. He had been working in residential Property Management in the Denver Metro area for over 12 years before joining a Commercial Property Development firm as a Project Manager, where he was introduced to CrossPurpose while working on the new CrossPurpose South Broadway location in Englewood.

Before joining CrossPurpose in July 2022, Matthew managed single-family homes, row homes, and apartments ranging from 4-units up to 150 unit multi-family complexes. He has managed LEED certified buildings, low income Tax-Credit, Section 8, and conventional properties, in addition to owning his own rental properties since 2009.

Matthew is a Broker in the State of Colorado, a member of DMCAB, and a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM). He has been married since 2019 to his beautiful wife, Natalie. In his free time, Matthew continues to lead groups of Christian Professionals between 25-45 years old in the Denver Metro area to monthly Happy Hours, worship nights, Bible Studies, and various camping trips throughout Colorado and Utah. Most recently, Matthew and his wife have undertaken rehabbing a 13ft Camper. Through the week, you will find Matthew running, working out at OrangeTheory, and walking his dog, Lucy, while attending Harbor Church in Westminster.
