Laila LaFrombois

At her core, Laila cares about people’s stories—their values, their challenges, and the things that make them come alive. She loves helping young adults reflect on who they are, what they need, and what’s possible for their lives. Her work is shaped by empathy, creativity, and the desire to empower others to thrive, whether she’s connecting with students one-on-one, partnering with families, or building bridges in the community.

In her role as a Youth Engagement Specialist, Laila combines her relational approach with strong community partnership skills. She builds meaningful connections with high schools, counselors, and youth-serving organizations to give students an accessible, empowering alternative to traditional college pathways. She loves meeting students where they are and helping them envision their own success.

Outside of work, you’ll find Laila taking care of her many houseplants, browsing thrift stores, stepping out in her favorite Jordans, or hosting game nights with family and friends. Everything she does is guided by her faith, her love for community, and her commitment to showing up with authenticity.
