Kendra Paez

Kendra joined CrossPurpose in 2026 after several years supporting youth and underserved communities in the US and abroad in various fields of education, career guidance, microfinance, and mentorship. She has a BA in International Relations and Urban Studies from Wheaton College and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Gambia for 2 years. At her core, Kendra values connections with people and empowering them to reach their full potential – something she is excited to continue at CrossPurpose. Kendra’s passion for economic development, education, and supporting youth is satisfied through her role as a Youth Engagement Specialist where she builds meaningful partnerships with schools and youth-serving organizations in the community.

When she’s not working, Kendra enjoys spending her time baking and cooking, trying new food and matcha spots in Denver, listening to music, and going on long walks. She loves yoga, traveling, plants, and Avatar the Last Airbender.
