Joann Butler

Joann joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2020 after working for over a decade in Human Resources and Employee Wellness. Originally from upstate New York, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Binghamton University and recently obtained her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification. Joann is excited to play a part in bringing employees to CrossPurpose that will thrive and fulfil their mission through a position here. She also enjoys making employees feel welcome through the onboarding process and finding the tools and solutions that make it easier for employees to be effective in their jobs. When she is not working, Joann enjoys hanging out with her husband and two children, reading, taking long walks while listening to podcasts, and playing tennis.
