Jamarian Evans

Jamarian joined the CrossPurpose team in 2026 as the Legacy Fellowship Director, bringing experience in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and program development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Counseling with a concentration in High Risk Youth Studies and is passionate about equipping individuals with the tools, relationships, and support they need to thrive.

In her role, Jamarian provides strategic leadership for the Legacy Fellowship program, overseeing curriculum, coaching, alumni engagement, and partnerships that foster long-term transformation. She is committed to creating pathways for individuals to break cycles of generational trauma through faith, personal growth, meaningful relationships, and community.

Outside of work, Jamarian enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family, and proudly cheering on her three children. She is honored to serve alongside others in creating opportunities for hope, healing, and lasting change.
