Dwayne Davis

Dwayne joined CrossPurpose in 2022. He retired from the US Army after 20 years, completing a BS degree in Behavioral and Social Science and a Masters Degree in Human Resources during his duty. He followed his Army career with a 15-year career in Civil Rights with the Federal Government. Dwayne has had a childhood of poverty and overcoming many challenges that comes with that. He is enthusiastic about coaching, mentoring, organizational development, empowering individuals and community.

Dwayne enjoys men’s ministries/fellowships and assisting veterans in life transitions. He has a goal of obtaining transitional homes for veterans. He greatly adores spending time with his grandson and other family members. He also enjoys hiking, walks, conversations-listening and sharing from life’s experiences.
