Brian Anderson

Brian Anderson joined the CrossPurpose staff in 2019 after serving in businesses and nonprofits in the US, as well as in faith-based NGOs in the Netherlands, Nepal, Brazil, Paraguay, and Afghanistan. Brian has a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in International Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary, with an emphasis in international development and urban studies. Brian has broad experience in financial management and operations management for small organizations, and loves that his role as Office and HR Manager allows him to interact with every aspect of the operation and to have a voice into how we as a team live out our expressed values. When he is not working, Brian enjoys hanging out with his wife Caroline, spending time with his granddaughter whenever he gets the chance, going fishing in his boat, or finding any excuse to go out into the wilderness. Fun Fact: One of Brian’s life goals is to have as few keys on his key ring as possible – and one day to have no keys at all!
