Andrea Montgomery

Andrea joined the CrossPurpose team in 2020 after spending the previous two years working as a community liaison for a high-end staffing firm. She has bachelor’s degree in Business Management but found that she has a passion for helping others. While working as a community liaison, she educated companies on the benefits of hiring people with a criminal background, assisted individuals being released from incarceration find sustainable employment, and attended community events in efforts to bring people together and end the stigma around failed reintegration. She also volunteers as the secretary for HireDENVER, a committee that is dedicated to assisting people with barriers obtain career opportunities. She has a firm belief that everyone can succeed if given the right opportunity and support. When not at work, she loves spending time with her husband, kids, and puppy. Her hobbies include photography, traveling, and hiking. Her goal is to hike to all the beautiful waterfalls Colorado has to offer.
