Phase 1: Personal Development
In the first 6 weeks of the program, you’ll unlock your potential through personal development
A successful career starts with the best version of you, which is why this phase is so important
You will develop personal and professional skills, gain the confidence you need to succeed, and choose your career track

Phase 2: skill development
Depending on the career Track that you’ve chosen, you will complete an online certification course or a pre-apprenticeship program
Careers are available in medical, legal, insurance, electrical, banking, construction, and more!

phase 3: Career Launch
After completing the Skill Development phase, you are ready to start applying for jobs
You will work with your career coach to apply for, interview, and land your new career!

Program Eligibility Requirements
- GED or HS Diploma
- Between ages 18 to 55
- Stable housing
- Desire to work full time
- Able to attend the CrossPurpose program during the day M-F from 8:30AM to 3pm
- Clean from hard drugs

Program FAQs
Can I work during the program?
Yes, many people work part-time, or even full time while in our program. You just need to be at all classes during weekdays.
Childcare?
We offer childcare on Wednesday nights during Family Gatherings, but you’ll need childcare during weekdays.
Drug Policy?
We are a drug free program. You will be disqualified if you test positive for any hard drugs. If you test positive for THC (weed) that will NOT disqualify you, but to become employable as possible you will need to agree to stop using Marijuana in our program.
Do I have to pay back anything?
No! Our scholarships and monthly stipends to you are our gift to you and you don’t need to pay it back. We do this so you can win.

What if I have a felony?
We are a felon friendly program. Your background will not disqualify you from this program with the exception of a sexual offense, as we consistently have kids on our campus.

You will work with your career coach to select your career track during Personal Development, the first 6 weeks of the program.
